With support from community members throughout the state, DASACC was able to provide a variety of free and confidential services to over 1,054 women, men, and children in 2020.

• Over 1,000 masks sewed and distributed throughout the Warren and Hunterdon Counties to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

• Implemented a crisis text/web chat line and translated all client forms into American Sign Language for survivors who are Deaf of hard of hearing.

• Brought on a bilingual Spanish-speaking counselor and translated all client documents and marketing materials into Spanish.

• New housing supportive services to quickly and efficiently link current clients to permanent housing.

• Brought on a Substance Abuse Counselor to support all shelter clients with substance abuse issues and address the interconnection between substance use and interpersonal violence.
